Ask yourself if you want gear made in the US or China.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Then leave Banded on the shelf!

Ordered a pair of lacrosse breathable waders. Hoping they will last 2-3 seasons.

I had a pair that made it two seasons before leaking.

Took the plunge last year and bought zippered Sitkas.

I shouldn’t have said anything. Mine have developed a leak in the crotch that I discovered Friday picking up decoys.

I’ve had five sets in the last six years. Sold two of them to family members that are still in use. Still using waist waders. They are great for long walks. My 2.0 are on season two. They see hunting almost daily. No issues. Waiting on my aspire line from banded to come in now.

I have had two pairs that leaked in the crotch....I hunt primarily walk in and stretching that seam repeatedly crossing logs it will not last. I walk miles in them every year. I like the 2.0’s and will prob order another pair in a few days. Waders lasting four years are like somebody getting 80k miles on a set of tires...

Go to Macks the last day of the season and watch what is returned. I was there a few years ago and it seemed everyone had a pair of Banded carrying them in for repair. The least I have heard having troubles have been Rogers brand.

Most people refuse to buy waders with long enough inseams.

I haven’t owned banded waders but one of my hunting partners has had the insulated ones and has the insulated black label, both now have flex seal on one of the inseams. Length is not a problem as he walks on the back of the legs BC they are way too long!

This isn’t what you asked, but I’m on my third year on Sitka zips and so far so good.

I hope these Frogg Togg Refuges hold up. If not I'll be bucking up for Sitka ones as well.

Five guys at a club over near Kingstree bought new banded waders at the beginning of the season, all were leaking on the last day of the season. They weren’t hard on them. Those waders are terrible.
