    Default Inshore trip

My son and I spent the weekend with the Freeman clan In Shellman Bluff, Ga. We caught some redfish, trout, flounder, and convicts. Cade caught his own inshore slam on Friday. Saturday was a tougher day fishing with only catching 9 trout (3 keepers) along with some trash fish. Sunday was a great day with 3 slot redfish, 4 keeper trout, 23 convicts all on a popping cork with shrimp. Cade caught the biggest sheepshead weighing in at 3.78lbs and landing him on the leaderboard for the youth sheepshead weight in the fishing club.

That's the way to do it! How do you like the 150 on that boat? Would you recommend a 200?

It’s not my boat but it’s plenty on that boat which a 21’ tidewater. It’s made just like a SeaPro sv2100 and a 150 is plenty on it. You can always go big or go home.

I'm getting ready to order one and I'm thinking about just going with the 200merc.

    Looks like a great time.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
