Default McCormick guys, need recommendation for well pump

Any of you guys in McCormick recommend someone to replace a well pump? The 1 here is starting to act up, having a very hard time getting the motor to kick in. Seems like the entire motor is 1 bad spot and the connection isn't getting made from the armature and windings.

I’ve got a guy coming to pull mine Monday in Edgefield. My wire keep burning up. I’ll try to remember to give you a heads up on how he does.
