Default Shooting Stick Made in SC

This is a long shot, but I used to have a shooting stick designed to curve over your leg to use in a stand (or elsewhere, for that matter). It was made and sold by a fellow in the lower part of the state. I like to use it in a stand that has no shooting rail.

I lost mine and can't find it online. Does anyone have any info on such a product? Thanks!

I bought this years ago at a hunting expo. May be what you are looking for. I like it a lot. Use it on my thigh for turkey hunting sometimes

I've made some relatively long shots using a rest made of rope tied to the tree a couple feet above my stand. Both ends of the rope hang down from either side of the tree. I hold both ends loosely in my forearm hand and when the gun is in position, grip them on the forearm to give me a sling effect. Once you get it figured out, you'll be surprised how steady you can hold.

I've tried a single stick and I'm still way too wobbly. One stand has a big branch beside it so I use a rope tied to it along with a single stick from the foot platform to give me two points of steady rest. I've made a 325 yard shot from there.

Thanks for the advice. It was the No Miss Gun Rest. I'll check out the other options as well.
