    Default Elk Steaks ??

    My receptionist’s husband gave me a pack of elk steaks from nice young bull he took last month

    Never cooked elk steaks, couple years back he gave me a roast and some burgers. Both of those we damn good

    Only one pack so do not want to screw them up , give me some hints

    Thinking salt/pepper and butter in cast iron skillet and just sear outside of them ??

    We dropped 687# clean meat at a processor in NEw Mexico last week. She called yesterday saying 550# was ready. Was going to pack in coolers with dry ice, and fed ex overnight to SC. Can’t wait so see the bill!!!

    10 coolers at the tune of 3500$ delivered tomm before 6..
