    Default Saddle rappelling

I am not the first dude on this forum to figure this out but here is how we are doing it.

If you hunt public land it doesn’t get easier.

Yep. Pretty much except I use a madrock safeguard.

I’ve been one sticking and rapelling this year.

Hawk helium stick with an Amstel 2 step aider, and cam cleat. Safeguard for rapelling.

    It works.

I watched precisely 1:14 seconds before fully understanding that I would kill myself in short order doing that. “Going to attach hickey above the dooey, pull through the tag thingy, then attach to prussick, then twist this over that and clip in here before undoing this.” Nope!
“I can’t wait ‘till I’m grown” is the stupidest @!#* I ever said!

I won't judge anyone who wants to saddle hunt, but if the day comes that I have to hang from a tree in a saddle and rappell down to kill a deer, my deer hunting days will be swiftly over.

Don't know about ya'll, but as a kid I hunted off 3/4" plywood attached to 10 or 12' aluminum ladders. I might have used a 30-30 with a Tasco scope too.

Saddles are the tss of deer hunting.

May be very useful. Great choice for some people. But they annoy the shit out of everyone else because like tss, people who use saddles can't shut the fuck up about it.

That reminds me. You interested in a small investment that could allow you financial freedom by simply marketing some great products to your friends and family along with using those same products yourself? If you've got 15 minutes I'd love to tell you about Amway.
