    Default F350

Finally came in Thursday a week ago. Finally got the Fuel Zephyr wheels and Nitto 37X12.50r20’s on it today. F350 Lariat, CC, LWB 4X4 FX4, 7.3L and 4.30 rear. Seeing 13.4 mpg in mixed driving right now. Most reports say at about 1000-1500 miles mpg improves by a couple miles. Time will tell. This thing is a beast stock. Next week I hope to get it to 5 Star for a tune and a 4” cat back exhaust.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Nice. Interested to hear how the truck works out for you. Did you lift it to fit that tire package?

No lift, 2” level and the right offset wheels. All installed by the dealer.

Gas. This engine makes any need I had for the added power of a diesel moot. Checks all the boxes, $9k cheaper, simpler, cheaper to feed and service and tows just fine.

Not from the folks I’ve spoken with at the dealer or 5 Star. They clean up some shift patterns and add 30-40hp. It’s not like a diesel tune adding 150hp.

    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sweet, interested to see how it last! We make the variable cam timers for it at the plant I work at!

    It will and then some.

Oh, the best thing about the tune is the speedometer is back in time.

They have several tunes you can choose from on the little module, one is called Deadly Tow. Now call me crazy but death and towing should never go in the same sentence.

I have yet to pull anything the 93 performance tune and the actual tow setting from the truck can't handle.
