Tags for a youth?

A friend is going to take my grandson deer hunting this Sat. and said he needs to get him a couple of tags (buck and doe). both parties live in NC. The friend has his non res. SC license. My question what do I need to do to get my grandson a couple of tags? We live in Kings Mountain and just don't know about SC laws. Feel free to message me.

Go to a DNR office and pick them up is probably the easiest way if you are where you can. If you can’t, you can get someone to pick them up for you. I’ve picked up a few sets for some youth I’ve taken.

I am about computer illiterate so I may have to go get them. I see that there is a DNR office in York which is about 30 mins from me.
