I like Uncle Alberts on chicken and pulled pork if I’ve got to buy one. I make my own mustard sauce but that one I just easy to have on deck. The wife makes a lot of apple butter so I make an apple butter bbq sauce to go on pork chops and ribs. She likes sweet sauces. I’m a vinegar or mustard guy first.

Also, the Alabama white sauce is the real deal on smoked chicken. I serve it as a dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese with smoked wings.

    Alabama White Sauce for wings

    16 oz. Duke Mayo
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tbsp kosher salt
    1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1/3 cup Granular Sugar

**Mix all ingredients together with an electric hand mixer if you have one and refrigerate while wings cook**

Im with you on this, I like my ribs dry and my butts aren't dried out so they are good. I do enjoy a sauce on my quarters every now and then. But cooking for the guys at work and the family get togethers, I don't mind trying new things. Burnt ends a couple weeks ago is what made we search for. sauce.

Prosser's BBQ vinegar based. I think it may be called "williamsburg style".

Home made white BBQ on my chicken. I like most everything else with a rub.

Portrait mode would have blurred that out.

Fancy Dan should have known that.

And we're probably one to two post away from one of you suggesting Kraft's with them freeze dried onion chunks in it.

I worry about and pray for y'all. A lot.

It isn’t a “sauce”, but the messican aisle at Food Lion has Ketchup Seasoning. It’s pretty damn good on popcorn and fries.

Haha, I'm not, but sometimes I might need lighter options.. like in the morning if there's something like Trent f****** Reznor on lithium or some really shifty grungy female singer, I'm changing it. The Dead is like half talking then, don't even hit the Buffet station.. and half the time I'd rather punch myself in the penis then listen to Phish radio, even though it's programmed in
