What is the cliff note version for a PA-9 and brace? Is a Blade still legal? "Friend" has a PA-9 lower that needs to get finished out....

sounds like you currently have a pistol and yes the blade is still legal.

I've decided on an ar-9 pistol. I'm going to start piecing it together each paycheck. Hopefully can build a decent rig a little cheaper.
