I’ll start. This is my current build. 06 Tacoma. Bought 3 years ago with 32k miles Bone stock. Building it to drive to Moab and several ohv parks in the mountains of NC/TN To fish and camp. Looking to tour Alaska and go to the northernmost point in the US on the dalton hwy to prudhoe bay. I’m lacking skid plates and gears at this point. With some other odds and ends. So far I’ve done all the work myself. Idk how many hours of work time I have in it. It is a lot.

After all the welding pictures, I’m a little disappointed you didn’t have a custom built bumper.

    I've had a 73, 96, and I still have my 06 that I'm letting my son drive.

Took the steps off. Put some Bilsteins on it. Love this vehicle.

I always been a Chevy guy and never really paid attention to these Toyotas. They are some good looking Trucks & SUVs. I may be truck shopping in the near future and will give these a look.

You won’t ever want a Chevy again.

If you’ve had GM your entire life you will be unimpressed by Toyota. The interior is about as thrilling as a loaf of white bread, the ride quality is not that great, the trans shifts are weird, etc. I bought a new TRD pro tundra last year, drove it for 6mo, hated it, sold it and got a new z71.

Do they last longer? Probably. But I’ll never own another vehicle out of warranty so whatever.

Never in a million years thought I’d see grown men from the south bragging about a Toyota.

Toyota’s are very limited on do dads and amenities that add to comfort but drive you crazy when they don’t work or become problematic. If you like boring and just reliable that drives well, then they’re awesome.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Yeah, strange that a Southerner would buy a Tundra made in Texas over a subpar yankee union truck that falls apart.
