    Default A fine September

I like seeing good posts on this site of exciting news and good ol dead stuff so I figured I’d post one up myself. I haven’t in a while so here ya go. September was quite the month for me, and I’m very thankful.
9/1/2020 My first daughter, Avery Collins was born as our big surprise. Her brothers are 6 and 8, and we’ve started over.
Not much could top that, but I’ve managed to kill two more bucks than I usually see this early in the season, and we put my man Cool Hand Luke on his first big gator. Didn’t shoot a dove, goose, or teal for the first Sept I can remember in a long time, because of baby duties and scheduling conflicts etc. All in all it’s been a great month though.
Glad October is here and look forward to what’s to come.

    Well done old friend.

Remind me this season, and we’ll hunt a dark duck.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

So many folks have hated on 2020 for a multitude of reasons. We all need to remember to look for the silver lining in things, and the good in our lives. September has been very good to you and your’s. Congratulations
