    Default Fall Grass Maintenance

What should/can be done in the fall to promote good grass growth in the spring? Overseeding? Fertilizer?

    Depends on what you have.

If you have cool season grass like fescue, aerate and over-seed now.

If you have a warm season grad like Bermuda/zoysia, it’s about to go dormant.

Both do well with timely pre/post emergents and fertilizers/lime depending on soil conditions.
