    I’m no Gordon Ramsey by any means, but since switching to a pellet grill, I’ve been trying some stuff out. Tonight is smoked, stuffed bell peppers. If they taste half as good as they look and smell, it’s gonna be a regular meal around here.

    I fried some summerducks and made sweet potato waffles earlier this year.. I liked it. I've never ordered it anywhere though. I have cooked it though, but we'll do breakfast for dinner at my house kinds often
