    Chopped onion, celery, and Jimmy Dean sausage. Work all that down in a skillet. I put the ducks in another skillet with water and chicken bouillon. And then I cooked it slow until it was falling apart, so this was an all day affair. When the water reduced, I’d add more. Kept the ducks covered during the process. Sliced up the smoked sausage and added it to the onions and celery. Strained the duck out of the water and then used it to make the rice. I used one 10 oz pack of yellow rice and one cup of white rice. When the rice was done, I combined it all. This was not the way I usually do it. It was much slower but this is the richest and most flavorful bog I’ve ever tasted. All that and still I’m no where near as cool as feetdown cause I don’t have a heybo sticker on my truck.

    Instapot. Don’t hate.

    Pheasant soup with ditalini pasta, onions, garlic, and carrots. Celery optional.

    Sautéed some sliced portabellas in Olive oil and water. Added some shrooms and shroom juice to the adult bowls. Kids wouldn’t eat the shrooms.

    Who else likes slow roasted duck legs? I swear it’s the best part by far.

    I might have posted this a while back. Sort of a Greek salad with chicken. One of the few ways to serve chicken breast that doesn’t suck. Cucumbers, onions, garlic, balsamic and red wine vinegar, shredded, charred chicken, salt and pepper. The boys love it. This shit disappears like oreos.
