325 once. 315 three times. A long tome ago. Did get 285 right before the covid stuff hit. Was trying to show off with some young bucks in the gym. Hurt like hell for a few days after.
One things for sure, never had a girl ask me how much I could bench. And as an old timer once told me, "son, I don't care how much I can lift, I just wanna look good naked".
I was once up around 350. Not really sure since I always benched for reps. Was pushing 335 around 3 times when I was in my 30's. After struggling with some shoulder issues I decided I didn't need to go real heavy anymore.
Nowadays I get up to around 255 for 3 reps. Heavy weights are just important to me anymore. At 52 years old I'm fine with that.
335 bench, 425 squat and 535 deadlift @43. Not now @48
