"They are who we thought they were"
You can dress a fat chick up, but you cant fix stupid
Never have been very strong but have always enjoyed exercising. A few years back I was drinking the CrossFit kool aid. I would CF 4 days a week and lifted at a traditional gym three days a week. By far the best shape of my life. I weighed 158. Benched 235, squatted 295, and dead lift 335. I completed “Murph” in less than an hour with a weighted vest. We once did a WOD of three sets of max reps back squats. The bar was loaded with your body weight. 1st set was 45x, 2nd - 27x, 3rd - 15x. I was pretty proud of that because I have chicken legs. There was this Asian girl in there that could dead lift 350 and it would piss me off
Sometimes it's nice not having a soul.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
Maybe JAB can organize a SCDUCKS feats of strength competition.
Well, I have to plug a tire on my wife's Lexus this morning,
why don't one of you herculean super heroes run on over here and hold the car up for me

These stories are like fishing stories. The longer it's been since you caught the fish, the bigger it gets.
I just pushed 225.
Got 300 a year ago. Hurt my shoulder airbrushing. Keep it at 225 now.
Back in HS days i could bench 2x my body weight (300lbs). Last weekend i about died getting a 160lbs deer in my truck
