    Default Most you ever benched

No stories. No bs. The most weight you ever bench pressed. Just how much weight and how many times.

    ie: 120 2 times

I’ve never purposely benched anything. But one night in Athens I pushed a big girl off top of me I’d say she was 225 maybe more.

We had the “300 club” in high school. 300# for 1 rep on bench and you got a shirt. Ended up with a bunch of dudes with C cup tiddys and had spaghetti noodle legs.

In my prime I could get 350# now I’d be lucky to press the ass end of a foot long sub.

Senior year I weighed 182. Defensive end.. 355 lbs. We lived in the gym during the summer.

Coach Dennis Watson ( UGA team of the Decade member ) and a hoss was our strength and conditioning coach. We were strong.. Small but strong. Strongest guy on our team benched over 400.

We had the Patriot Ironman Club. 3 lifts ( bench/squat/ deadlift) combining 1000 pounds got you to the base level... We had some dudes that hit the 1500 club. ( Not me)

435 when I used to lift heavy and before kids. Now just looking at a weight makes me hurt. Doing 12 ounce curls is more my thing at this point in life.

350-360 something like that. Now a fork load of steak.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

325 or something close to that back in high school. Never was a big lifter. I'd be lucky to do a push up now

Y'all couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the directions on the heel because it would involve following directions. I am trying to envision all the eye rolling and head shaking from the Founding Fathers or the group forming the CSA when the delegation from South Carolina rolled in to town. I am surprised they let us join...
