At this point, they should just start hitting less than driver off of the tee box. That rough is brutal.

I mean I don't pull against people, and I respect the fact that he works his ass off at what he does.. He was good before, so there's that. and there's a few guys that are still longer than him, if they want to be, but I just don't really care for that style. even if that's what golf is coming to. But length has it's advantages, look at Jack or Tiger in their prime, they showed everyone the same thing. I wouldn't even care other than my son pulling for him in front of me because he knows it irks me.. I mean that's how he operates, my son that is.

I don't agree with them rolling anything back, or separate balls for pros and ams. just capping the technology would be cool enough in my mind, not that my opinion is worth a bag of dicks anyways.

and I'm kinda antsy because my new irons should be in at anytime..

I couldn't have looked forward to a final pairing any less than I did that one yesterday.

I was in a dove field, watched a little of the front nine. I was kinda pulling for Xander. after I finished grilling and eating burgers I walked out the cabin into the field, that's about as far I as I felt like taking it

Same...kids and I messed around outside and then went and put out corn. Texts told me all I needed to know, and I got home to see the end. Would've like to see Xander make a run.

Tiger didn't win anything because he hit it a long way... This is a different deal these days.

Oh, I didn't mean to infer it, he basically had everything. His iron play was on, putting, everything. But being able to have the length didn't hurt, I just remember watching him at Augusta the first time..

    And I agree

They just need to make bunker and mandatory carries in up to date landing zones, would put everyone back in their place. The only reason Bryson is doing well is because he can hit it so far he doesn't have to worry about spraying it into hazard. Rough is rough, you can muscle through it.

I look at bermuda rough that high and damp with morning dew.. and I'm like damn, I could break a wrist. That ball is gonna come out tumbling..

Balls, forgiving equipment, swing break downs/biometrics, and athleticism..

I just enjoy playing, that's it. So I really don't go overboard with any of it, I play for fun and peace.

And just for 2th in the morning when he logs in.. I'd still pick shooting birds over golf.. watching them fold up warms my heart.

I'm too lazy to look it up, but I think the NCAA, US Am and US Open have only been won by him, Tiger and Jack. Or some combination thereof.
