Went to the Dnr youth hunt at Fants Grove with my neighbor and his two boy’s and had a blast.
The army was doing some training with the Apache’s that was cool to watch.

Great pics Bobby, glad yall had fun.
You do realize that there will be a day when he out shoots you doncha?
I remember the day my son out shot me very well. While I was proud as heck of him it made for a long ride home with him asking me how many birds I killed every 5 minutes.
We saw about 5 blackhawks flying around the other day. Was cool to watch to say the least. Such a freaking awesome piece of equipment for sure!!! Nice pictures and cant wait until I get to take my son!
“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965
