    Default Standing at Desk

The rona has given me way too much desk time. Way more than I'm accustom to. I'm looking at new chairs to help my back but also looking at something like a versa desk to stand up vs sitting. Who stands up at their desk? Do you like it?

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

I have an UpDesk and really like it. I find that I'm more productive and spend less time on the internet when standing. Sitting is for coffee, lunch and SCDucks time.

Been using the VariDesk Pro Plus 36" for about 3 plus years now. Can always lower it back to desk height if needed. Mixed here at work between a cheap Amazon version or the VariDesk but they all work and function the same.

I stand and have a raised desk platform Get off your ass. It's worth it. Take breaks to stretch. Y'all talk smack, but I started doing some yoga poses periodically to stretch things out that grown tight and achy. I started lifting weights again and thank the Rona for helping do what I needed to do a long time... be more active and create some healthier habits.

I've got a varidesk pro plus or something like that. I like it. Good change of pace standing up every so often. I would say I'm around 50/50 standing/sitting.

I have been using one for 4 years now. My goal is to stand at least half of the day.

I bought one of these when I got to my new office.

Varidesk here too. Love it. I always end up on my feet when on the phone. It lets me talk on the phone while standing and still able to do computer stuff at the same time so that is big for me.
