I have had probably 5 sets of bfg AT on multiple vehicles and no real big complaints other than they seem to get gummed up but not sure of any ATS w tight tread pattern that dont.
On my first set of toyo OC AT3 on a tahoe and so far so good but have only had them for a month. Not as aggressive as I would like but realistically fits the need most of the time. Tahoe is too nice for me. Wanting to get something for the woods or will break down and get a UTV.

I've had bfgs for like twenty five years, my last set of ko2s didn't hold up as long as I thought they should. I'm trying out some toyo mud tires, and they look cool. I feel like I'd be put involuntary into a country music video if I went with Nittos

I’m a fan of the BFGs. I’m on my second set of the KO2s. Had 72,000 on the last set. Heavy off road use and I’m not the best when it comes to rotations and balancing. Have no reason to ever change.

I’ve owned one set of BFG’s and never will again. Nittos probably 5 sets, on my 3rd set of Toyo R/T and don’t see a reason to change back at this point.

I’m running the Ridge Graps. Only reason is because Toyo didn’t have a 33 12.50 17 in the RT at the time. I have got good mileage out of the Ridge Graps.

I have had a set of Toyo MTs and now RTs under a Ram 2500. The two sets combined barely have outlasted the Cooper Discoverer ST Max’s that were on the truck before I listened to everyone about Toyos. I am done with toyos they don’t last under my truck.

I’ve always had BFG’s on all my 4runners and Land Cruisers. I now have a set on my Expedition. 30,000 miles on them so far and happy but I can tell they are wearing faster on the heavier truck. I’m not sure if that’s to be expected as the Toyota’s were lighter vehicles. I’m keen to see how they do. 80,000 miles on my last set. Not sure I’ll see that on the Ford though.

Are Toyos generally a “softer” tire? I feel like I’ve heard that before. Might explain them not lasting under a heavier truck?

Either way, the AT3 will be my next set. On 2nd set now of AT2s and have no complaints whatsoever. Wouldn’t hurt for them to look a little more aggressive but I believe the AT3 fixed that.

The Falken wildpeak AT3 I had were very good too but definitely had a bit more noise and could feel them coming to a stop where I don’t notice that with the toyos.

Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

    LOL.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

30k miles on a set of any MT tire on a 3/4 ton truck, especially a diesel isn’t bad. If you want more mileage go to a 12 ply or ditch the MT’s. There is a reason they quit putting mileage ratings on MT’s.

I did get 45K miles out of a set of Toyo MT’s on my pavement princess F250 I had. It very seldom saw a trailer or any weight. I rotated them once.

So what tires should I buy? BFGs, Nittos, or Toyos?

Has to be an all terrain.

    I like the Toyo AT3’s

But the Ridge Graps haven’t let me down

I’ve never been a BFG fan. I always remember them to have a radial pull.

You won’t go wrong with any of those 3 though.
