    Default PSA to Buy Remington

Looks like the holding company that owns PSA is bidding to buy Remington’s ammo division.

Would love to have the manufacturing assets, wouldn't touch the name with a 35 1/2 foot pole...

Need to be careful and not get overextended.

This is not the business climate to accrue heavy debt.

    Who owns psa anyway?

And scrap those POS 870 Expresses and go back to real 870 Wingmasters.

Man I love an 870. I have a safe full of them and I'm borderline embarrassed at how many I own. Several years ago I believe I bought everyone that got listed on here over a period of time. But yes there's a world of difference between the expresses and the Wingmasters.

A Wingmaster makes a joyful sound when closing her shut. Night and day difference between the cheapos.

Don't think I've ever shot a wingmaster honestly, but my 870 from the 90's has seen some use over the years and functions just fine.

If they did bring back the Wingmaster I'm sure they'd screw it up the way Browning screwed up the new A5.

All ive ever had were expresses. I bought a special field thinking it was an express but found out it was the matte finished wingmaster before the expresses came to be. Boy what a slick shooter.
