The new manager there is doing far better than what we have seen in the past five years at BR. I greatly applaud his efforts. Mind you this is his first year and he certainly had a lot of "undoing" to do !

Dbenn it's exactly that type of observation that is needed , great work partner!

Watch out for thinking i'm an ass BEFORE you read my post. It might help your comprehension better. my wife tells me all the time that if I run into 3 assholes in one day then I'm probably the asshole. Then again, I really am an asshole.

I am, too...but I wasnt being one in this case. THAT'S what bugs me.

Now, I'm back to being an ass.

If you couldnt grow corn this year, you suck.
corn that is MADE in september only has to sit there till its flooded. Its not rocket surgery at this point. Hogs dont help. Deer dont either.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

Ape shit is a bit much don't you think? It was your quote of "best corn ever" that made me think you were being an ass. As in you were attributing it to me being an ignorant dumbass that thinks corn in September means more than it does. If this isn't the case, allow me to apologize for being a meanie and calling you names.

I'll probably go out there again before they close up access on November 1st. Maybe that will validate your dissension or maybe it won't, we will see. Either way the river flooding can make all of this a moot point in a hurry.

yeah, its my story and i'm sticking to it.

You said "ignorant dumbass". I didnt. A little self confidence might help....bc you are doing good things here.

My only point was to cat III about hunting there. BR has good corn and its done. all that has to happen now is raccoons, deer, and hogs stay out of it.

I'd hate to assume anything about your post like I did about 2th's and be mean, but just in case that was directed at me: That cob was already hanging and had the husk peeling which is the only reason it got pictured. I don't go walking through rows knocking stuff over corn or otherwise.

Believe it or not, my confidence is fine and I'm far from dumb.

It wasn't. It was directed at those who like to walk through cornfields before flooding with machetes and baseball bats. You might take some of 2th's advice to heart...
