I didn't know if y'all were aware, but Millennium Treestands has started making a box stand this year. I ordered one as soon as I found out because I had a perfect spot for one and I'm a huge fan of everything Millennium. I ordered it through Cabela's website and had it shipped to the store. The stand weighs 323 lbs and it came in 2 boxes strapped to a pallet and they used a forklift to put it on my trailer. Once home, I was able to load both boxes by myself into the bed of my UTV. It was nice to be able to drive right to the location I wanted the stand and build it with a couple of wrenches and 3 people in about 4 hours. The stand is about 10 feet to the platform, and 7 feet tall above the platform. The inside is massive with a padded floor and each window has it's own sliding shooting rail. The stand is solid as a rock and completely silent. It does not come with seats but is designed to bolt 2 of the Millennium revolution seats. They have been out of stock of those for a while so we'll be using an office chair until I can get those. Everything bolted up exactly as it should with no modifications required and the parts came labeled and none were missing. There are 25 individual videos on their website showing how to put the stand together in addition to the paper instructions. The stand was $699 and is a perfect match if you need a box style stand in a location that it's hard to get a tractor to help build or stand one. I plan on removing the cloth sides, roof and padded floor after season and leaving the frame to help with the longevity.
