12 gauge, duh. Who has the best lead? High brass, or low. Does shot size matter? Really want to cut down on the number of misses and cripples, and I know my loads are the weakest part of my game.

Rofl this will be fun.

If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
Missing you my great friend.
I acted harsh in another thread. I'm going to be a better person, without expressing my distaste for things I do not like.
Best shot I have ever seen was on a public field near Clemson. Watched an old man shoot 12 times with a single shot 410 with straight out of the box Winchesters that probably came from Walmart. After those 12 shots he got off his bucket and walked off the field with his limit.
People think somehow a load, more powder, more FPS or whatever, is going to help them kill more birds. Truth is that shooting on the wing, IMO, is a natural talent that some people have and some don't. You can have all the lessons in the world and shoot a million courses to practice and whatnot but, just as in any sport, there are naturals and those who aren't. Everyone on here knows him when they see them. Put them on a clay course and they might hit 75% of the targets. Put them on a dove field with a busted up old 870 pump and they put on a clinic... I know that's not what the OP asked, but hey this is SCDucks after all....
Formerly DM88
you forgot about CHOKES
in the other thread, people were actually talking about what choke they were taking with them....and,by God, I think some were actually considering changing chokes on the hunt.
Shit like that will get you kicked out of HS' hunt....
i have never changed a choke in my life for a dove hunt. and I sure as hell wont take more than a box into a good dove shoot. wtf is wrong with you people???
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
Shells absolutely perform differently.
Cheap Winchester are by far the worst shell made.
Are the ones that come in boxes of 10 better? I saw some that said “heavier than lead”. Those are obviously superior, right?
wait...can I bet your ass? that's just not worded properly but you still suck, so does buckwheat, and winchesters kill shit.
the end

7/8 ounces of #6 in a yellow hull through a light modified choke...

Charles Barkley: Nobody doesn't like meat.
Peters Blue Magic heavy 8's- even got magic in it's name
Fish once told me that it is all about the height of the brass on the shell and the choke in the end of the gun...
