    Default Muscadine wine

    Got a mess of them and made about 12 jars of jelly.

    Figured I’d make some wine as well. Any special recipes? I have yeast sugar etc but would like to make something less sweet if possible. One recipe I saw called for vodka and let the grape skin natural yeast do the fermenting.
