    Default Side zip snake boots

Any decent new product out there? Loved the Lacrosse Fang boots but cannot find anything I like now.

I ran into the same problem this year- they all disappeared- bought a pair of Danners and had to send them back- they were putting pressure on my ankle where I broke it last year. I wear 12 EEEE- had to settle for Rocky lace ups

I like the side zips, it keeps all the crap out of the laces when bustin through underbrush and overgrown cut downs- and it's easy to unzip while in the deer stand to help cool off.

I didn't know Georgia boots made a rear zip- have to check those out cause the Rockys only last me 1-2 seasons while my Lacrosses were 6 years old before they bit the dust

I have the Danners and they suck. Eat the inside of my ankles. Cannot understand why Lacross quit making the Fang boots.

I had a pair of Irish Setter side zips for almost 10 years and they finally busted out at the heels. They were like wearing tennis shoes. Apparently they don’t make them anymore.

love those IS boots, got 2 pair, many many miles on them, bottom fell off one and I used 3m 5200 black to put it back on, still wearing them. The laceup IS ones are damn nice too if you can stand the lacing up part

a friend got a pair of the slip on rubber snake boots, really likes them, they are the Aerohead model,

These are going to be my next snake boots, if the current pair of Lace ups will ever wear out.

I've been rocking these Ariats for 6 seasons now and they've been great. The break in period took some time but I can cover 8+ miles a day wearing them in the mountains during turkey season without any complaints and they've proven to be extremely waterproof.

I have a pair of Chippawa with the rear zip snake boot. Its a really great wearing boot, it looks like the Russell boot just isn't custom made or has the 600.00 price. I got mine from Clothing World Outfitters near Columbia.

Chippewa makes a boot that zips in the back. Chippewas also are not camouflage. If you wear camouflage boots you deserve to be bitten.
