Default DIY in Folly Beach with no boat

Got an 8 weight and some flies, and no watercraft to speak of..never been to Folly Beach and will be there over Labor Day...looking for clues. I do have flats boots, so I got that going for me...

We were there at the end of July and saw quite a few schools of Spottails within 20 yards of the beach every morning at low tide.

The bridges leading to folly have bank fishing available- walkable on bottom half of the tide
Go to Sol Legare landing- there are numerous flats available to walk from the road- I have seen fish 20' from the pavement
Go to Riley road on James Island- it dead ends at a dirt ramp- most of that is wadable on the lower half of a tide- plenty of fish back there
Sunrise park ( also called Demetre park)on James Island has a pond full of fish and lots of wadable flats in the harbor from there
Morris island lighthouse end of Folly has plenty of fishing available
