About time they busted them, if it’s the group I’m thinking about they’ve been reported for that shit 100 times and never busted.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

By the looks of laying the fish on 100 degree concrete id say dump them in a hole. Those eyes don’t look like they’ve been on ice either.

I would imagine department fish fries, if they’re anything like your friendly neighborhood precinct.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Nah, they hang around the fish cleaning tables at Georgetown Landing and haul off the gut buckets and racks. You can make one sit up, roll over, play dead for a whole fish.

They’re there all the time, Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Sometimes other days. I’ve seen them take a load of carcasses and put it in a hatchback on a tarp or buckets. One you can count on, if there’s three, nothing is staying in the gut buckets.
