Father in law owns a tract on the Black River down there, wife's family'sold farm.. I'd like to flatten it, and build an impoundment, one day.. I spent a decent amount of time back in the day.. I actually laid out the Andrews bypass, or at least started that job. That and between hunting and fishing, and the Tuna.. I killed my last spoonbill after a long night there, could have been the gin... but everything came out after spoonbill matter shot into the back of my throat.

How does the culture of the Georgetonians compare to the people and culture of the Pawleys Island area?

When did you last ride through? 1965?

Edit: Andrews does supply GT and MB with an inordinate supply of attractive waitstaff.

There were sevaral tracts of land off Belle Island Rd LAST year that I looked at that were priced right. One had 15-18 acres of marsh and a built site on high land surrounded by live oaks over looking the bay.

Not yet. Lots are for sale now, though. Looks like a few have moved this year. I talked to a fella two years ago, if my memory serves me right, and he said that he would give me a lot in there if I would start building a house within six months. I passed. The concept is good, the lots are just too small and have zero character.

And for anybody on here in the market, I’ll take care of anyone from SCDucks who directly refers a buyer or seller upon a closed transaction.
