Just shy of 30. I should have gone 30x40, it fills up quick. Do it on the front end and don’t look back, if you don’t you will find yourself stuck in the should’ve slump. I went ahead and insulated it all and spent $129 on a cheap window unit that keeps it comfy when I need it. Feel free to shoot me a message for pointers or if you have any questions.
I need to get on mine as soon as I am done building my steel house. I want the same exact layout as you do except I want 30x40

You can dress a fat chick up, but you cant fix stupid
If you stretch that 30’ out to 32’ with a 12/12 pitch, you can get a 20’ wide room upstairs with box trusses.
What is the going rate for a concrete these days? 24' x 24' poured and finished 4" pad. The site work would already be professionally completed. We lost an outbuilding to a tornado about 6 weeks ago. The insurance company came through, but given the increase in the cost of materials, I don't see how I can get close to being kept whole.

If you ever have plans of wanting to concrete those lean tos I would do it now. You looking at roughly 10 yd of concrete at what $250-$280 per yard. Go ahead and let them do it. I'd guarantee you they will be closer to $250/ yd if you do it now vs way more per yard if you wait and have to call them back out
