    Default Breakfast omelet

So i have been on a diet the last few weeks and am down 10lbs. Since im working from home i have been making omelets every morning usually with whatever we made for supper the night before. What are some other breakfast ideas yall have that aren’t just slap terrible for you? This morning was smoked shrimp left over from shrimp tacos and a small portion of 3 cheese blend and a splash of hot sauce.

I drink a protein shake after working out then eat a spoon of peanut butter around 7:00 then again around 10:30. Drink coffee the rest of the time and that holds me over until lunch. I used to eat two eggs and half an avocado when I didn’t have to be in the office til 9:00. I don’t notice a difference in hunger. Big breakfasts can pack it on.

damn you...I am sitting in my office starving right now. I've got 3 guys installing new cabinets and we don't have jack squat in this house to eat except junk.

Man that awesome. I have gained about 25lbs since March working from home. Went from walking 6-8 miles around the shop a day to walking to the dining room table “new office”. Then added i was cooking sausage fried egg and cheese biscuits every morning for the family didn’t help. We usually eat supper about 7:30 so making it 12:00 the next day and trying to concentrate while working since 6:00 doesn’t work out real well for me. Wasn’t a problem before i quit dipping a few years back.

I was up like 12ish after this thing began for my normal summer weight.. simply because I supply a bunch of these guys who were struggling. I felt the need to help how I could, by buying lunch for my people on a frequent basis.. then not really keeping up with eating decent shit because I've been too busy. I began the cut last week.. it hurts my feelings. But it's necessary with dove season coming up, and quite frankly, I like to look good.

I do breakfast for dinner, breakfast on a normal working day is 40ozs of black coffee and kodiak

Cope snuff has the best flavor of any of them. That stuff will fry your jaw though. Kodiak’s lower pH is way less abrasive. Thus keeping the bear as my go to.

Yep watched a friend of a friend get mouth cancer and said screw it 16 years of this crap is enough. Switched to Bacc-off for a year or two and then quit that.

I don't touch Cope just for that reason.. I dipped it a couple years right out of high school, but it tore my mouth up. I'm cool with rotating and Kodiak

Where's the resident redneck derailment regulator? Or does he just monitor certain people/threads?

I skip every breakfast and lunch and no sweet tea/soda pops, and have for years. I don't loose an ounce...

And now we’ve gone from food, to tobacco, to the stirring up of some shit. It’s an SCDucks trifecta.
