Default Lobster Roll....dinner tonight w/ Yellowstone

Only use cold water N. Atlantic lobster, mayo, celery salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
Maybe some fresh cracked black pepper once in a while.
Chill this in fridge and then goes on the bread.
    You would lick the bowl.

I go turkey hunting in Maine for the Lobster Rolls
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

Yes there is... but not really different, Sauer’s. Same company so same thing, just cheaper.

Correct and is usually how I do them.
Proper NE lobster roll is with a "top cut" hot dog bun buttered on both sides and browned in a skillet with butter (like you do a grilled cheese sandwich)
then stuffed with your lobster mixture

I either order it from Maine or will buy it from the Chef's Store in Columbia.
Either place, its already cooked and picked.

LOL...nah, Ms. An (The Crabcake Lady) gives us fresh crab meat fairly often. I have never touched a crab pot.

I'm sure it's the same lady. She's fairly famous around here.
