    That looks like small wysteria but I don’t know much about plant id

    Wysteria. It's a bitch to kill. I'd mix remedy at 2oz per gallon of water and hit it twice a year.

    Wisteria. Cut it near the ground and soak the stem with glyphosate. 5 lb if you’ve got it. Do not dilute.

    That's good advice for just about any tree or bush, spray the cambium on a fresh cut.

    Wisteria. Good luck.

    It has a million different runners and vines and it is hell to totally eradicate.

    It will get up in the trees and choke them out.

    It can be nice if you can contain it as a bush/shrub and not let it get out of hand. Sweet smelling hanging purple flower clusters.
