Even for the lifetime license people. I have had to request them the other years.

You don’t get charged for the basic set of deer tags and the three turkey tags, only when you buy the extras... right?

Correct, at least that’s how it is for lifetime license holders.

If you have a copy of your conservation permit you get a large percentage discount. Does not apply to the extra 2 bucks.
