This spring I was the heaviest I had ever been. Turkey season kicked my tail, and I knew I had to do something. Started a diet with the wife 7 weeks ago(quit drinking 3 weeks ago) and have been spending as much time on my feet moving as possible. Started at 252, and weighed in today at 220 on the nose. 32 lbs down, and about 10 more to go. Next comes maintaining and getting more “fit”.
