    Default Best Cookware

Since y'all set me right with the jump box thingee, I got another question bugging me.

What is the BEST cookware set?

    I don't mean best value.

I mean effin' Gucci baller big dog status pots and pans.

The stuff Toof doc burns omelets in, sort of thing.

EDIT: Nothing with rubber handles you can't put in the oven. Highstrung would call that "tacky".

Williams and Sonoma has all the Gucci pots you could want.

I have All Clad. It’s pretty heavy duty.

I like the sound of "Viking" cookware a lot better than "Pampered Chef".

Until your kids start experimenting.. Mo's is getting there.. I have three, one is capable of making a few things, but at the beginning a few pans went through hell trying to perfect eggs sunnyside. My boy put Ramen noodles the other day in the microwave for like two minutes, but omitted the water.

    Yea, I've got a not-cheap non-stick right now that's a couple years old and it's about done.

Which All Clad series? I bat about .700 on stainless cookware. Usually I can keep it from sticking... But when it does stick it's friggin awful.

I've always gone towards copper bottoms.. most of it is cool though. There's no need to really go overboard, I don't do non-stick sets though, so all stainless. To me I can get by with about anything decent stainless and a gas range, everything else is like camping.
