If anybody knows where to get Seminole Cocktail Sauce please, please let me know. The Bilo in Edgefield carried it long enough to get me hooked and then cut me off. There's nothing else that comes close. I apologize for being a thread hijacking SOB.

Have you ever had St Elmos?
It’s very good but rare I find it. My go to is Kelchner’s.

Heinz, horseradish, citrus and maybe a dash of war-chester--shire. Problem solved.

#2 is for dusting and steaming. Sticks to everything very well and is a little more flavorful to me than #1.
