You won’t regret buying one. Their customer service is superior. I’ve had one for close to 4 years and we love it.

Put my 700 together yesterday. First cook went well. Only complaint thus far is that I can’t get the WiFi set up.

I hope that one thing I never say is..."I can't get the WiFi set up on my grill."

I have one and it makes low and slow cooking easy. If you enjoy ribs, brisket, pork butt, etc....it is great! I have the sear kit for it, but I prefer to grill steaks hot and fast on charcoal.

They’re based out of Augusta too, so CS/warranty would be super easy to get handled. I’ve heard nothing but good things about their stuff as well

I have the 700 and love it. Low and slow, or sear at 600 degrees. I have the smoke box to smoke cheese, salmon, nuts..

A buddy has the 590 and he loves it! Chicken leg quarters, brisket and Ribs are almost a weekly dish at his house now. There will always be the tough man crowd that think you have to cook on coals and stay up half the night to monitor temps, in order to have "done it right". Rec Tec and wifi are both awesome!

Love the customer service! Love the grill, came damaged during shipping and have had a little rust issue and they are taking care of it. As far as cooking on it I couldn’t ask for more.

why do you people endorse a product and talk about the customer service? This really does confuse me. Much like systemic racism. It just doesnt compute.

    Can someone elaborate?

There's a lot of people talking about BGE warranty issues on their forums. This is the same kind of conversation, just with Rec Tec. There will be problems with anything you buy...even hookers.
