    Default Scallop and Snapper Trip

If you are looking for a good family trip, head down to the gulf coast during scallop season. Not too far of a trip and the kids will have a great time. We got lucky the red snapper was open.

Pretty wild how it’s a mile per foot out there.

Great trip. Did you stay at the Plantation?
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

When my kids were little we would take them to St Joe Bay. Scallops provided a lot of entertainment.

Stayed at Horseshoe Beach. That place is a different world. Nothing but Polaris Rangers, 2500’s and Trump Flags.

Scalloping is fun. Cleaning the darn things...... Not so much.

Easiest way we found was a shop vac. You got to have an assembly going that's for sure.
