    Default Poacher Or Rustler?

    This isn't a hunting/poaching crime, imo.

    You read. You decide.

    Nothing to do with hunting.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

Just like shooting a cow or a pig off a farm. He killed livestock.

Lots of criminal acts, including poaching.

While all of this is criminal, none of it is related to hunting.

Whatever you or I would get charged for killing a mans cow in his pasture, is what that numb nuts should get

While the animal itself was technically a "game animal" it should not be treated the same under the law as it was livestock owned by the ranch and not by the state in my opinion....

Only thing I see wrong is they let someone put a game farm on his land and that he wasted some fine eats ( I take a mighty dim view of that).

Simply a thief stealing and destroying private property. It has nothing to do with hunting or poaching.

how small of a dick do you have to have to pay $20k for a guaranteed successful kill for a wood goat?

im glad that guy shot it. people should shoot all the deer off these high fence operations and maybe then some will start to go out of business

First thing he is absolutely stupid. Kill a deer off of a known game farm and then put the picture on social media. Can't get much dumber

Let's face it , it was a case of penis envy. Them horn is plenty big , not a lot can compete . We were always impressed with cheap shiny shit or bigger, better etc. I never figgered how an animal can work his nuts off growing the world's biggest rack and my killing him proves my virility. anyway
