Don’t think i will ever go back to a pot or crockpot. First time i have ever tried it. It’s amazing how much smoke flavor it picks up.

Put it in smoker just like the picture shows. Stirred it up every 30 mins or so. Smoked at 225 for 2 hours.

Glad to see someone else make queso on the grill/smoker. Wife and I been making it in the Egg for a while now.

    My recipe is....

    1 brick of Velveeta
    1 bag of Mexican cheese
    1 brick of cream cheese
    1lb of hot sausage
    Dice up one jalapeno
    Can of diced tomato
    Small can of green chili
    1/2 sweet onion diced up
    Can of mushroom soup

2 cans Rotel. I had plans of adding more diced tomatoes and some jalapenos but my wife started complaining saying i was gunna mess it up and the kids wouldn’t eat it spicy.
