    i have an old beater 37....it's a much lighter gun but otherwise similar feel.

    I’m sure many on here already know this , but the model 12 was John Brownings design, along with quite a few other well known guns never produced by Browning

    John Browning designed a LOT of firearms built by Winchester, Remington, Colt, Ithaca and FN, and of course his own brand. He was a gun designing genius.

    There is a 16 ga model 12 in the Carolina Trader for 350 bucks, if any of you are interested.
