    A dip is one thing that I had in mind. I've had some that is really good.

    I only share it in a bowl- My wife and I worked on it for a long time.

    Real she crab has roe in it. Go with the crab cakes. Eggs, dukes, a little panko, worsterchire, Dijon, salt, pepper, old bay. A touch of garlic. Finley chopped celery and or parsley if you like. Pan fry, squeeze lemon on top enjoy.
