    Default Herculiner

Anybody ever used Herculiner for a DIY project? I have a small dent in a rear rocker panel and I'm going to use it for a cover up. Any tips? Thanks

Tips? Dont. High impact area that will tear away at it in no time
If you want to go that route look at Raptor liner. Its is 2-part. Will need a decent air compressor.

Second choice would be aerosol stone guard (like they used from the factory in the 80s). Then spray bomb with semi or matte black.

    Just get the dent pulled.

For DIY Bed liner that raptor liner is the jam. Helped a buddy do one the other day. If it’s still looking good in 6mo I’m doing it in my truck.

How about the front bumper? I have a bumper that has seen its better days. Mostly plastic. Thinking about smoothing out the rough areas and applying one of those DIY Bed liner deals.

I am but it's going to crack the paint. I need to cover it somehow.

Same as above, Raptor or have it done with LineX. Raw steel I would go no less than 40g on a grinder to prep.

Herculiner has chunks of rubber in it for traction. I’ve used it inside boats, trucks and on large road cases for music equipment. I’ve never had any problems with peeling or wearing out. The key to any product not peeling is the prep work.
Having said my opinion on Herculiner, I would not use it on the body panels of a vehicle because of the texture.

Raptor Liner worked great in my old Jeep tub.
