Got one for my birthday last week, cooked on it about every day since.

Love it and easy. Fajitas, philly cheese, hibachi, steaks, burgers, pancakes, breakfast bagel sandwiches.

Back porch with a fan on above keeps it from getting so hot beside it.

French Toast is next new planned meal.

I agree with 2th on the marketing part but it seems like there is something different about using one. Maybe it's the fact of being outside or whatever. Regardless I love mine and cook on it all the time. Breakfast is where I really enjoy using it. You can cook more items and in less time. Here is a little pro tip, try this stuff. It's amazing and has a great flavor.

Just heard that BLM is demanding Blackstone change it’s name to WhiteSuburbanitesLivingOutAHibachiFantasystone. Details still emerging.

Have had a 17” for years that we used camping . Kept it on back deck to use but only one control for burner and kind of small

Broke down and got 36” few weeks back. Love that thing .

Actually cooked breakfast on it only couple times, good but little trouble taking everything out on porch but if cooking for larger crowd it is great

Smashburgers w butter toasted buns are great

I have never been a big fan of boneless chicken breast but Sister got us one of those 40lb boxes of chicken breast when that farm was selling them all over the upstate . The trick is to butterfly the breast and make it thinner , I then coat with little oil and Monterey steak seasoning and cook on blackstone. Pretty damn good

Amazon or ebay, but Amazon normally has the better prices. It's awesome and another good thing is doesn't have to be refrigerated.
