Make sure you season it properly. When done correctly, the end result should look something like this.

I bought one and love it! You can cook like 30 burgers at one time!

Get the tin foil grease trap liners and you are good to go. I keep mine in the garage and cover the cooking surface with tin foil.

It’s simple to clean. Once you’re done cooking just pour water on griddle and it lift right off surface. Scrape away off surface with the scraping tool and then just grease it before you store it. I bought the one with lid and has two burners on side. It also came with a fry basket

Best tip I have... get an apron. If the new ones are anything like the old ones you'll get grease all over yourself.

Best thing I ever bought. I haven't touched my grill in 3 years.

How non stick is the cooking surface? I’ve eyeballed them but that’s all, I figured it was more of a novelty.

100% worth it. Just make sure you season it right. It’s extremely nonstick.

its not clean after one use.
    I need a metal spatula.

Now I just wish I had the fry basket

KWACKER--not non stick, per se, but it appears easy to clean once I get the tools I want.

its a gimmick. I mean, come on. Its a propane, portable, flat top.

BUT, who wants to be inside cooking bacon or making the house smell like fish? Might as well be on the porch....
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

You should've seasoned it better Grumpy. Eggs slide all over mine, nothing sticks to it. Venision backstrap and red fish on it last night, ribs were on the Egg.
