I usually just salt/pepper filets. Figured id try something new (for me anyway). Just winged it. Threw skillet on the grill while meat was cooking. About 10 degrees before they reached temp, I threw em' in the skillet with some butter and garlic salt. Best filet I've ever eaten. Probably used 2 tbsp butter, tsp garlic salt. Used a spoon to coat top of meat as it sizzled.

I can't take credit for much in those pictures. I made the deer pastrami in the middle of that board. Simple did the plating and the rest.

I did cook the rib roast but it was a team effort.

    Oh please...

If we had any sense about us, we orta tag team on one of these black lined/spalted maple boards and make our own charcuterie boards ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/A750-1-7-16...0AAOSw5Slc1VGA or like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/black-line-...oAAOxyB9RSy~UU )

They would make great gifts too. I bet we could sell one to 2th to recoup all our costs. Just don't ruin yours by making it into a tiger paw shape.
