Cut it up in squares put sauce on it and back in the egg for 15 minutes. Then i took it out the egg and it disappeared
I cook mine at 275 until it gets to 190 about 3 hours. Then cook into cubes and sauce in a aluminum pan. Then cook for about 15 minutes. Then enjoy. Also I use skinless pork belly.
